[libhid-discuss] Building on Mac OS X

Hi all,

I'm having the same Python-related issues in building on Mac OS X as
were described in an earlier message on the list from some time ago.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might work around this? I
don't need Python support and would happily disable that feature, if I
could.

The ./configure script has a number of options which can be listed
with the "--help" flag.
